My December

I have had a lot of great things happen in December! I started maintenance!! This is supposed to be a less aggressive part of my treatment. It's still once a month IV chemotheraphy, daily pill therapy, steroids at a high dose for the first 5 days of every month and a Lumbar puncture with chemotherapy every 3rd month. It will continue like this for about the next 2 years. So to mark my last aggressive chemotheraphy I made a poster :)
This is my first day of maintenance. I also got my PICC out this day :)
To wrap up December I skied, went to Mammoth, celebrated Christmas, ice skated and saw the nutcracker!

Santa visit

All I want for Christmas....
is to be cancer free...
and a bunch of toys ;)

So I have been a little behind...

I had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I haven't been able to post with soon much going on. So to catch everyone up here is the latest!
My Last Treatment in the "INTENSIVE" phases will be December 4th!!
I am scheduled to have my PICC line removed on the 18th!!!!
I am most excited about that. I can swim again (in a heated pool) wash my arm, and NO MORE DRESSING CHANGES!!!
So pretty excited this happening. My first day of maintenance is December 18th.
All in all I have been feeling ok. I currently have a little cold. The only thing that really slows me down is the nausea.
